The world is full of things that require change and every Tom, Dick and Harry has a right to push their opinion out there to demand change. Some things get to the point where change is required so it’s nice to know there are many options on the web to help empower your fight. Petitions are a powerful way of bringing together a group of people who all believe in the same thing and all want to make a difference by getting together to create one big powerful voice. So where do you start and what are the options?
You can use sites likes the HM E-Petitions portal to start and run a petition or maybe a socially powered petition site like Twitition to run your petition. These are both fantastic options for those people looking for a quick and easy solution but they have a lot of drawbacks. Firstly they are limited on options and you’re bound by the way the system is run.
What we thought would be nice was to get your hands on a WordPress theme that lets you run your own petition based website on your own server. A WordPress theme that’s super easy to setup and use, that has been designed specifically for petition type campaigns and inevitably gets people aware, engaged and interacting with your petition.
